To make our site work best for you, follow these useful tips:

Use our secure messaging system
Use our on-site messaging system to communicate with your host in a secure manner. For your protection, please don't share your contact details in your message. These will be automatically filtered. Contact details will be shared once your reservation request is accepted by the host.

Book using our secure payment system
Once you get confirmation, you can send a booking request using our secure payment system. You will only be charged once the host accepts your reservation request.
 
Don’t pay in cash or transact offline
All transactions are facilitated via our secure online payment system. Never transact offline by cash or through direct money transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram.

If the host asks you to pay by cash or money transfer, please contact us.
